Terms of Service for Photography by Alanya

Effective Date: April 15, 2025

By booking a session with Photography by Alanya ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the terms below:

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date.

The remaining balance is due the day before your session session.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice at no extra charge.

Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable if you reschedule.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit or any money already paid.

3. Session Deliverables

Clients will receive edited, high-resolution digital images via an online gallery.

Turnaround times may vary depending on session type, but are typically within 2–3 weeks.

4. Copyright & Image Use

Photography by Alanya retains full copyright of all images.

Clients are granted personal usage rights, including printing and sharing on social media.

Resale of images is not permitted.

5. Portfolio Use

Unless requested otherwise in writing, you grant Photography by Alanya the right to use images from your session in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Arrive on time and prepared for your session.

Inform us of any important details, access limitations, or personal preferences prior to your shoot.

7. Liability

We take great care to deliver a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience. However, we are not liable for:

Client tardiness or unpreparedness

Circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, equipment failure, etc.)
